Delete account
Effective October 8, 2026
Deletion happens in the app, on Profile. It covers every place where this email is enrolled. The organization, the doors, and the other members stay.
Member app
Open the ViaAccess app, sign in with the email link, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Confirming removes the name, email, phone, document, card, photo, face template, and alerts.
Passages already recorded may stay on the door log for the place's security and attendance. They do not open the door again.
Technician app
Open the technician app, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password. That removes the manager login at every place where this password works. The place's members and readers stay.
If you are the only manager of a place, nobody else can open that place's panel until ViaLabs or another responsible person creates access again.
Without the app
If you cannot open the app, email contato@vialabs.tec.br from the account address and ask for deletion. The place's manager can make the same request.
